Dr. Bass has been my dentist for the past 14 years. I moved to Florida 9 years ago and still go to New York twice a year to see him. Dr. Bass is capable, competent, and caring. He always offers the options available for non-routine procedures and explains each step taking place during the course of treatment.
Dr. Bass has been very accommodating due to the fact that I fly 1000 miles to see him. The office is run efficiently by Joy, who is very helpful with scheduling and insurance benefits. The dental assistants are always pleasant.
Dr. Bass will continue to be my dentist until I can no longer travel to New York or he retires, whichever comes first!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr Bass for about 15 years and wouldn't think of going to another dentist. His "chair-side" manner is kind and professional and his dental work is superb. I especially appreciate the customer service and knowledge of Joy who runs the office. Just the other day I was getting the run around from my insurance company and mentioned it to Joy. She immediately referenced a copy of my insurance plan clarifying the question I had and instructed me as to how I could get the information needed from the insurance company. It worked! Joy knows her stuff as well as always seems to find the time in her busy schedule to answer questions and provide any help needed when it comes to complex insurance questions and issues.
